Matthew Graczyk - CEO & Founder. Matthew provides overall leadership for the company and runs day-to-day operations. He heads Coupeez' business development efforts and leads the rest of us down the road to victory. He's got a long track record, and we're pretty sure he knows what he's doing. We like him. (
Matthew's Bio)
Brian Anderson - CTO. When Coupeez breaks, goes down, works too well, or does anything else suspicious, Brian comes to the rescue. He is responsible for the technology behind Coupeez, and has seen the product through from inception to the present.
Chris Vaughn - Product & Business Development. Chris works on the product itself, how it interacts with businesses and users, and develops roadmaps for future feature sets. He also is responsible for Coupeez' revenue model and design.
The Board
Matthew Graczyk (Chairman) - Matthew Graczyk is a serial entrepreneur with 20 years experience in both large and early stage firms, building his own companies or businesses within larger firms. He has had P&L responsibility for seven companies and six public company exits. He sold his first company to a public company in 1994 and was a principal contributor growing two early stage businesses into public companies, turning around a fourth public company and executing a reverse-merger into a fifth public company. In November, 2009, Mr. Graczyk sold his last company, Zubican - the online business community - to Inuvo, Inc. (NYSE Amex: INUV). He has been involved in raising more than a dozen rounds of capital, including friends and family, angel, strategic, venture capital, private equity, hedge fund, initial public offering (IPO), mergers & acquisition (M&A) and public company reverse merger. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Finance from Loyola Marymount University in 1989. (

Floyd Bradley (Board Director) - Floyd is a seasoned executive in the software, computer services and international technology marketplaces. He has held senior management positions at Cullinet Software, Lotus Development, Ashton-Tate, European Software Publishing, First Consulting Group, SDL and Carbonite, and has served on the boards of Ivy Network, JV Atlas, City Systems, Starbase, SDL, DecisionWorks, Prelude Features, Talisma and Coupeez. Previous to his 25 years in technology sales, marketing and general management, Floyd started his career as a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and was later a manager at Bain & Co. Floyd has a BA in Economics magna cum laude from Yale and an MBA from Harvard.
Dave Duckwitz (Board Director) - Dave is CEO of CitizenHawk and brings over 20 years of experience in the high-tech, ERP and Internet applications markets. As a seasoned executive, Duckwitz has extensive leadership, management and sales experience. He most recently held the position of General Manager at ValueClick in the eCommerce division, one of the world's largest integrated online marketing companies. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Operations at Commission Junction, another division of ValueClick, where he was one of the founding executives and responsible for growing the company's revenues from an early stage start-up to in excess of $150M in annual revenues. Duckwitz has also held other senior management and executive positions at Stamps.com, Computer Associates International, The ASK Group, and Hewlett Packard Company. He earned his BS in Computer Information Systems from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona.
